The city is popular for being a college town, since it’s the home to University of Nebraska. Life here is vibrant, affordable, and would be a good place for families, young professionals, and retirees.

People on the southern side of Lincoln can go to American Recycling on 5001 South 16^th Street. The scrap metal dealer in Salt Valley View is highly recommended since they take all types of scrap metals, including electronic equipment.

If you are around South Salt Creek, recommended places are Kendle’s Auto Salvage & Sales on 1645 South 1^st Street and Star City Recycling on 141 Harwood Court Suite 2.

Good places for people driving along 1-80 ALT north eastwards are Four Brothers on 5440 North 70^th Street, R Auto Parts on 3500 North 44^th Street, River Metal Products on 3100 North 38^th Street, and Alter Metal Recycling on 6100 North 70^th Street.

Those on the northwestern side can go to Sadoff Iron & Metal Company on 4400 West Webster Street.
